Test Parameters: Analyzed resistance of 50-samples of B1386-B2 with gold plated barrels versus 50-samples of B1386-B2 with gold clad barrels under a cycle life totaling 500,000 cycles employing a 4-wire Kelvin test set-up. Under a cycle program totaling 500,000 life cycles, the gold clad sample probes had an average resistance of 77.45 mOhms while the gold plated sample probes have an average resistance of 92.01 mOhms throughout entire 500,000 life cycles.
