Rika Denshi Co., Ltd was formed 50 years ago offering products used in the manufacture of silicon wafers. Throughout the years, Rika Denshi Co., Ltd expanded its product line to include test probes (spring probes) and test fixtures to service the semiconductor industry.
Today, Rika Denshi Group has factories and sales offices in Japan. Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China , Taiwan and the United States.
About Rika Denshi America
Rika Denshi America was formed in 1991, offering test probes (spring probes) for the ATE and semiconductor industries. In the mid 1990’s, RDA started offering test probes for the burn-in and test sockets as well as IC test fixtures.
Today Rika Denshi America offers a broad array of test probes (spring probes) for tester interfaces, test and burn-in sockets, microprocessor, PCB and wafer testing. Currently Rika Denshi America can meet test application ranges from 0.2mm to 6mm pitch. Rika Denshi America also can manufacture custom test probes and connector assemblies that meet our customer’s demanding test and quality specifications and requirements.
Throughout Rika Denshi America’s history we have been awarded numerous patents for new and innovated test probe and plating concepts that have resulted in higher yields, higher temperature ratings and competitive cost. Rika Denshi America continues to investigate new technology and techniques that will allow our customers to stay ahead of their competition.
